All bookings are non-refundable, but can be utilized in upcoming trips within a period of one year.
EXCEPTIONS
We refund in cases of unsuccessful events, for instance, due to:
- natural causes such as bad weather, floods, etc.
- insecurity as advised by our tour guides, etc.
